How many people can fit in the private cinema?
Auditorium 1 has a maximum capacity of 4 people. If additional persions are joining in, N5,000 will be charged per extra persion.
Can I cancel my booking after payment has been made?
If you cancel your booking after payment has been made, The Cinema at Deja Vu Smart Homes retains the right to charge a 40% cancellation fee based on the agreed package.
Can I bring my own snacks and drinks to the private cinema?
No, you are not allowed to bring your drinks as all drinks must be gotten from us but you can bring your own snack to the private cinema.
Can I film or take photos in the private cinema?
Filming and photography are only permitted within private spaces with written permission from The Cinema at Deja Vu Smart Homes. All content to be broadcast or exhibited in any way within the building must be approved by The Cinema.
What happens if I leave something behind after my private event?
Any property brought to a private event is the owner’s responsibility, and The Cinema at Deja Vu Smart Homes will not be held accountable for any property left or lost. However, if you realize you left something behind, please contact The Cinema as soon as possible to see if it has been found. The theatres are checked after every showing for forgotten items.
What happens if I am late to my scheduled viewing time?
It is recommended that viewers arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled viewing time. In the event that viewers are late and their movie exceeds their allotted time, they will be asked to leave the viewing room at the end of their time slot, regardless of whether their movie is finished or not.
