Terms of Service

Prohibited Activities and Objects

• ALL FORMS OF SEX are not allowed in our cinemas. Defaulters will be fined N100,000 and disgraced out of the cinema. Kindly inform your guests.
• Weapons, sharp objects, illegal substances, and any item posing a security risk are strictly forbidden on our cinemas.
• Smoking, vaping, inhaling intoxicating substances, fighting, or brawling are strictly prohibited during viewing.

Security Measures

• All our Theatres are under CCTV surveillance throughout the viewing.
• The aim of the surveillance is to safeguard clients and the organization and not to violate clients’ privacy.

Housekeeping and Behaviour:

• Viewers are expected to maintain good housekeeping.
• The single reclining seats in all our theatres are designed to carry one person, on no account should two individual seats on them as the mechanical parts can be damaged as a result.
• Deliberate damage to cinema seats, furnishings, equipment, or properties will incur a fine of N100,000 Naira. Legal action may also be taken.
• Defaulters engaging in prohibited activities will be asked to leave without refunds.

Kids Policies

• Our cinemas are kids friendly.
• Parents coming with kids should preview and ensure the movie they are to see are appropriate for the age(s) of the kids.
• Kids must be supervised by an adult at all time during their stay in the cinema.
• The adult should ensure the kids maintain good house keeping while in the cinema.

Booking Procedure

• Packages booked are NOT per head but cover up to 4 persons for theatre 1, 2 persons for Theatre 2 and 12 persons for the Finesse Theatre.
• Theatre 1 has a default capacity for 4 persons. N5,000 per extra head will be charged for the 5th to 10th person if the number exceeds 4 persons for Theatre 1. Additional persons will be given the regular office executive seat and cubicle to use. Theatre 2 is for couples or 2 individuals while theatre 3 can be extended to up to 12 persons using the sofa and office executive chairs.
• Evening, Night and Public/National Holiday Slots are slight more expensive.
• The booking procedure involves selecting the preferred theatre, package, date/time, selecting movie, inputting contact information, and making payment.

Movie Selection Policy

• We have a list of movie guest can select from during the booking process.
• Guest can pick any movie during booking in order to complete the booking process if they have not made up their minds on the movie they want to see and then conclude on arrival. However final selection must be from the list.
• Special movie requests are not allowed, however, client can bring their movie in a drive in HD quality if the movie they want to see is not in the list and the duration of such movie must be less than 2hr 30min and it must NOT BE ADULT CONTENT.

Booking Confirmation Policy

• No walk-in viewing or booking on hold; payment validates booking.
• While paying via transfer on paystack, ensure you transfer the exact amount generated by the system.
• After making payment on paystack wait to be redirected to the booking confirmation/thank you page, if you are not redirected and no confirmation email is received to your your email within 5min, contact us immediately.
• A confirmation email is sent immediately upon payment and redirection to the thank you page. If none is received after receiving Paystack debit email, contact us immediately on +234 817 555 5517.

Booking Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

• Cancellation or rescheduling of appointment is possible with no extra charges if its more than 48hrs to the appointment. In this case 100% refund will be process can be processed while rescheduling will be done with no extra charge.
• Cancellation/rescheduling less than 48 hours to the viewing time will result in a 50% forfeiture of the package price. For cancellation 50% will be refunded while for rescheduling 50% of the package cost will be paid for rescheduling to be effected.
• Clients rescheduling their appointment have to pick an available time slot within the system that is convenient for him/her to be rescheduled to and it must be done within 60 days of the first appointment.
• Appointments are allowed for rescheduling only once, if the second appointment after rescheduling is missed, no refunds will be made.
• Tickets that are left open must be used within 60 days of the first appointment. The tickets becomes invalid after 60days and no refunds will be made.
• Missed appointments without prior notice for rescheduling or cancellation result in no refunds.
• All refunds are processed back to the account via which payment was made for the booking.

Change of Theatre Policy

• Change of theatre upon request by the client is possible if the desire theatre is available at the time of the appointment.
• Differrence in price between theatres must be paid before the change is effected.

Arrival and Lateness Policy

• Viewers are recommended to arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled viewing time.
• Late arrivals might be asked to leave at the end of their allotted time slot if the next guest is available to go in regardless of whether they finish their movie or not.
• If client arrive late and surpass their time but the next client is not available, they can be allowed to keep seeing their movie until the arrival of the next client.

Property and Content Regulations

• Property brought to a viewing is the owner’s responsibility.
• The theatre will be checked for forgotten items after each viewing and same will be logged after which the owner shall be contacted for retrieval.
• The cinema shall not be liable for lost or stolen items.
• All content to be broadcast or exhibited by clients must descent and worthy and consistent with the brand identity of Deja Vu Smart Homes.

Safety and Liability

• Deja Vu Smart Homes is committed to providing a safe and conducive environment for its guests. However viewers are responsible for their safety and the safety of their guests.
• The Cinema is not liable for any injury or harm that may arise from careless of the guest during the viewing.

Terms of Service

• • This policy is in place to maintain a client-friendly environment.
  • Deja Vu Smart Homes reserves the right to modify terms without prior notice
  • Violation of rules may result in immediate termination of the booking without a refund and possible legal action.
  • By booking any of our theatres, the viewer agrees to the above terms and conditions.
  • Viewers are advised to always read before proceeding with booking.
